The VIP Fund provides financial assistance to Washington State Veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. But in 2011, budget cuts forced the state to cancel the program. Working with the team at Washington's Lottery, we devised a plan to save the fund and continue the help our veterans need. This short documentary tells the story of those vets and the struggles they faced.

We approached G4 TV with an unorthodox idea: create stop motion animations with real-life bruises.
They happily agreed.
The campaign was awarded a Silver ANDY and Television Merit at the One Show.
